Not long ago when my business interests
meant that I was staying in hotels all over
the world, I got the idea that when time
allowed, I would like to create the kind of
hotel, in England, that I would like to stay
in. Moyles is the result.
The hotel has been completely refurbished
to my own exacting standards.
The restaurant is as important a part of
staying in a hotel as the accommodation.
Daniel Derrington our head chef brings all
his expertise and creativity to his cooking.
The ingredients are fresh and as
many as possible are sourced locally.
The country around us is beautiful, from
the cultivated valleys to the bleak hill
top moors. It is also full of historical
and literary interest.
