Masterclass at Moyles
Head Chef Mark Brankin will be hosting another cookery demonstration at Moyles on Tuesday 14 September at 11am starting with coffee/tea, pastries and a chat about the day's menu.
Menu includes roast duck, sweet potatoes, red cabbage, star anise jus followed by lemon tart, rasperry sorbet.
